4 Day Trip

Whether you're a nature enthusiast or a budding historian, Scotland has something for everyone. From the stunning landscapes of the Highlands to the Victorian and Georgian architecture of its cities, this sample itinerary will show you the best of Scotland. You'll get to explore the capital, Edinburgh, and the mystical surroundings of Loch Lomond in a 4x4 followed by iconic dining experiences. So, join us and discover the unique and fascinating culture that Scotland has to offer.

Day 1

Arrival in the afternoon at the 5* Cameron House Hotel. The resort offers 208 bedrooms and is the perfect place to experience Scottish hospitality at its best.

Following your arrival at Cameron House, you will board the RIB boats and head out on an exhilarating ride that will take you amongst some of the islands that stud the loch before stopping on Inchmurrin for coffee & home-baking.

After you disembark at Luss, your kilted drivers in their 4x4s will be waiting to take you high into the hills. In the evening, enjoy a unique dinner experience in a vintage tent located high upon the hillside overlooking Loch Lomond. Here, as you take in the superb view, a wonderful rustic, relaxed dinner awaits.

Day 2

Start the day by exploring Glasgow, home to some of Scotland's best cultural attractions, followed by a visit to the National Piping Centre where you attend a unique Bagpipe playing workshop for an introduction to Scotland’s national instruments – the bagpipers. Here, learn a little of this iconic instrument, see if you can get a sound or two from it (not as easy as it may seem) before enjoying lunch within the National Piping Centre.

Return to Edinburgh in an iconic red bus and enjoy an informal night at Cold Town House with evening entertainment.

Spend the night in the luxury Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel 4* that blends traditional glamour with the Scotland of today.

Day 3

Explore Edinburgh on a GPS treasure hunt followed by lunch at the iconic Scotch Malt Whisky Society incl. whisky tasting. Here, one of the SMWS ambassadors will lead you through a tutored tasting, initiating you into the fine art of whisky appreciation – first by sight, then by smell and finally by taste!

In the evening glam up for a gala dinner at the famous Royal Yacht Britannia. A red carpet is awaiting you upon arrival followed by a drink reception in the State Apartments and dinner in the main dining room where history meets with etiquette. You will follow in the footsteps of Royalty and Heads of State for the finest of dining experiences.

Day 4

As a fitting farewell to Scotland, we propose your own Highland Games. Are you worthy of being granted the title of “Honorary Scotsman” or “Honorary Scotswoman” (of course, you are… we know that!)? Are you willing to test your mettle at a selection of traditional & some not-so traditional highland games?

We bid a final farewell to Scotland with a Beat Retreat performed by a pipe band. This was originally a traditional call back to barracks to it seems quite fitting to finish your event with a call to gather guests once more before boarding the coach for that final transfer to Edinburgh Airport.

We specialise in unforgettable experiences.

The packages we offer can include activities, dining experiences, travel and hotels, or various combinations. See how we can help with all those logistics, so you can concentrate on the fun stuff.
