After careful consideration of various frameworks and strategies, we identified a Triple Bottom Line Strategy of People, Planet, Profit as the most suitable for us. We are striving to find a responsible balance between the social, ecological and financial aspects of the actions we undertake.

Our goals

  • We aim to transform our revenue streams towards generating more revenue from sustainably curated & designed events, tours & experiences. We want to offer sustainable experiences in each of our destinations.
  • We will investigate Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and act accordingly in order to account, reduce and offset the emission impact we have throughout our value chain, with an embedded net zero strategy and plan by the end of 2024.
  • To make people our priority, becoming an employer of choice by 2024.

    We have been developing sustainable products and tours for each of our destinations and aim to work even closer with our suppliers to include the best authentic and sustainable products in our offering.

  • People

    We aim to create an engaging place to work, which is underpinned by a comprehensive people strategy and engagement plan including training & development for all staff.

  • Globe

    Our first step to Net Zero begins with fully offsetting our internal carbon footprint, for which we are directly responsible. We are now collaborating Groupwide with Ecologi to plant a further 12 trees per employee per month.

Save Energy

Choose to take your event outside when the weather allows it. Prioritize venues and meeting rooms with plenty of natural daylight so electric lights can be switched off.

Save Paper

Take full advantage of current technologies to avoid printing on paper. When printing on paper is unavoidable, use recycled paper and print double-sided!

Food & Drink

Order food and drink quantities carefully to avoid leftovers. If there is leftover food at the end of the day, consider giving it to a food bank or soup kitchen.

Plastic Free

Use filtered tap water instead of plastic bottles and work with brands that do not use single-use plastic i.e. straw. If you do use plastic, remember to recycle it.

When putting programmes together try to do so in a way that reduces the need for large scale transportation. This also saves you money.
