In 2000 a MICE division called IWT incentive is added to the portfolio of a Tour Operator called Irish Welcome Tours.
In 2009, IWT incentive rebrands and becomes Irish Horizons. The team expands to deliver highly successful incentives, events and conferences for a worldwide client base.
In 2017 the company is acquired by Tour Partner Group, a DMC led by Group CEO Paul Maine.
Today Irish Horizons is known as Horizons by Tour Partner Group and is helmed by Christophe de Patoul as MICE Director. Together with their destination experts in England, Wales, Scotland and the Nordics, the Irish team provides a highly personalised service and bespoke experiences that puts the wonderful Emerald Isle front and centre.

In 1992 Yves Lemarchand arrived in Scotland for the first time and fell in love with the people, culture and scenery. He couldn’t bear to leave, so instead of returning to Belgium he stayed and founded Experience Scotland so that others could discover the delights of the land of tartan.
In 2019 Experience Scotland becomes part of Tour Partner Group, a DMC led by CEO Paul Maine.
At the end of 2022 Chris Lawson became the new head of Experience Scotland with the intention of elevating the company to a new level of expertise. Yves remains onboard, utilising his passion and expertise to drive the sports strategy.
Today Experience Scotland goes by the name Horizons by Tour Partner Group and is helmed by Christophe de Patoul as MICE Director. Together with their fellow destination experts in England, Wales, Ireland and the Nordics, the Scottish team provides a highly personalised service and bespoke experiences that put Scotland’s rich culture and breathtaking landscapes front and centre.

In 2018 Tour Partner Group set up Experience England to design bespoke, luxury and unique events and incentives in London, England and Wales for a global client base.
In 2022 Frederic Kiesel joins the team as Head of MICE England & Wales. His years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing within the travel industry make him the ideal candidate to take the business to new heights.

Together with their fellow destination experts in Ireland, Scotland and the Nordics, the England & Wales team provides a highly personalised service and bespoke experiences that put the Green Isles front and centre.
